A New Space for Community and Culture
The Cultural Barn is a new project created as part of activities supported by regional funding. Its main goal is to expand the range of publicly accessible cultural and community services in our region. The establishment of The Cultural Barn has created a completely new public venue—previously unavailable in this form—which serves to host non-commercial cultural, educational, and community activities for the region's residents.
Multi-Purpose Use and Target Audiences
This multi-purpose venue is specifically designed for cultural and arts events, community and social gatherings, educational activities, workshops, and lectures. It also provides a home for a variety of activities for families, children, and youth, as well as broader regional and cross-border cultural initiatives. The space is fully open and dedicated to the general public, local initiatives, non-profit organisations, schools, and cultural institutions.
Free Use and Booking
The use of The Cultural Barn is free of charge. The venue is provided exclusively for events and activities of a socially beneficial, cultural, educational, or community nature. For this reason, The Cultural Barn is not available for commercial rentals. Its use is fully in line with the project's objectives and the principles of supporting regional development and cultural life.
The Cultural Barn is accessible to the public. Those interested in using the venue can request a date for their event via the official contact email: projekty@kapitula.sk. The availability of open dates is clearly displayed in the calendar below, which serves to ensure transparent and fair access to this newly created space.
